Basic backup is free from memory then have to pay if want the likes of FTP upload. I provided a file name in the path and it created the backup to the file. Have used this before in the past and found it to be good and reliable.
I found the answer in other forums.The example on Microsoft's site only pointed to a folder location and thus I was not providing a file name.
